Furthermore, I understand that I must not begin work until an agreement is signed by myself and the City of Lewisville and that all projects must be approved by the Old Town Design Review Committee. I also acknowledge that after submitting this application, I will not be eligible to reapply for additional financial incentives under this progrom for three years.
