A Plano property services company is moving its corporate offices to Lewisville.

Mortgage Contracting Services LLC has leased a 120,000-square-foot office building at 350 Highland Drive. Nationstar Mortgage formerly occupied the building.

Mortgage Contracting Services plans to move its 450 workers into the building this summer. The building is 50,000 square feet larger than the company’s current offices and can house up to 720 workers.

The selection of Lewisville comes after several months of internal evaluation by the beauty company and an exhaustive examination of potential sites throughout North Texas.
